Hello everyone!

I know school just started. At least for the Night Class, and the Day Class has only just gone back to classes. I thought this might be a fun way to get to know others though. So I thought up some questions and was thinking we could all get to know one another through the message boards.

3.) Are you part of any clubs? Or are you looking into any particular one?

I'll go first!!

1.) My Name is Yuuki Kuran! It's nice meeting everyone.
2.) I'm 16 years old. If I was in the day class I'd be a first year
3.) I'm not in any right now. But I'd be happy to look into some! Does anyone have recommendations? I can play the cello. I'd like to look at various things, though.
4.) Parfaits, napping, running around
5.) Math and Science, wasting food, jerks
6.) I'd like to work in a capacity that would allow me to help others and mend bridges between various people!
6.) I'm engaged!

I really mean it about the clubs! What are people looking into, if anything?

Also, I'm just curious, no big deal, this is purely hypothetical, but are there any night class female students who don't have a roommate but actually want one? Just wondering.

Anyway! Are we allowed to use the message boards for games, too? What about shiritori? I can't be the only one who wants to use them for fun, right?

The Ren Household decided to take me in as a ward so I wasn't destroyed like the rest of my family. Don't apologize or offer sympathies because of it all- I was a baby and I don't care.

[ He's not going into detail because of the Day Class being able to see these replies. However it's obvious who would've destroyed a family of vampires, and easy to tell why. ]

Then do it to someone also interested in music.

The answer to your other question... I'm not allowed to answer. Because it's you.

[ALL OF THAT IS REALLY ALARMING! WITH A CAPITAL A!! AND OTHER LETTERS!! She isn't sure how exactly to respond to it, especially on here. Except she feels somehow insensitive now.

And then there's that last bit.]

What...? [She doesn't... understand.] Judar-san, where are you? I feel like we should talk.

[ And with how innocent and blatant Yuuki seemed to be, Judar wishes he could see the expressions on her face at each of those replies. Did she almost drop her phone after that last one? ]

Did I say something weirdly? This is my fourth or fifth language, so I can't always tell.

Couch in that small library/open study room.

I'm coming to talk.

[And she leaves their messages at that, searching him out. What does he mean he can't talk to her because it's her? What's that supposed to mean? Hunting him down, when she finds him the door opens, and probably much too loudly for a library-]

Hey! I told you the other day that I was going to stick close to you! [Or did she just personally decide that in her head? No matter...!] So what do you mean you can't talk to me because it's me? [She points a finger at him dramatically] What's more, you can't just say you can't tell someone something! Then it's a secret and that person will definitely want to know!

You really want me killed, don't you?

[ He's realizing that now, after what she said immediately upon storming the library. It has him lazily sitting up from the couch, which he'd taken the entire space to lounge over. ]

It's not a secret. If I say something that doesn't seem respectful, your brother will do more than just throw me into a door. My healing is slower than most vampires in general, so I don't feel like constantly cleaning up my own blood.

I-- I'm sorry that... you got beat up the other day.

[It's not as though she didn't think he might be protective, but it's the first time she ever saw that protection in action.]

I'll... tell him to please loosen up a little. [ OH-! ] But of course a person should always be respectful anyway! So definitely be respectful.

[Watching him though... she frowns, before moving forward. For a moment she chews her lip, unsure how to proceed.] Why don't you heal quickly?

That'll just have him loosen up while you're around.

[ Which isn't viable or a guarantee. The moment she was gone? Anything could happen, and no one would question it. So while it was all an act, he won't say that so blatantly. ]

Thing is, I can be respectful, but the subject would be considered crude and against that according to some. So if it's about drugs, sex, or feeding the way we prefer, it's probably not allowed.

[ Not that he's going to specify which of those he would've said. ]

Why... Probably for the same reason that, unlike other Level B's, I don't have any talents or anything. All I've got going for me is really good blood. But you smelled it the other day, so you have something of an idea.

[ Though it wasn't a regular noble or aristocrat's blood, like he seems to refer to himself as. ]

[All three of those answers. It's wholly unexpected and she can't hide the surprise or the way color decorates her face. Wait-- she had meant hobbies or clubs! Those aren't... they can't be hobbies, right?]

He's usually a very gentle and kind person, so I'm sure... h-he wouldn't behind my back. [Because he's the kindest person she knows.]

Your blood, though. I don't think... [She frowns, her confusion clear. She's been raised in isolation. With the exception of her introduction to society, she hasn't been around others that much. It's not like she's familiar with the scent and blood of everyone else around her.] The scent it gave off.......could that be considered aristocratic?

He's gentle for his sister and future wife, sure.

[ There's no doubt that Kaname wouldn't hesitate to perform or trigger a complete genocide if it fit his goals. Whether the goal was something Judar couldn't imagine or know about, or to protect Yuuki. He can guess that already with his limited interactions.

That question, though. It felt more like a jab than a question. Not that he looks or sounds offended, it could be extrapolated by the question that comes up. ]

Eh? Are you saying I smell like a Level D? After all the praise and reserves I had to give before coming overseas here- I'm almost hurt.

OH-!

[Lifting her hands up, she shakes them frantically, looking flustered.]

No, no, that's not what I meant! I don't mean that it smells bad by any means, it's the fact that it smelled too good that is suspicious!!

[ She's probably the only one to question this peculiarity to his face that has him blinking in a rather taken aback sort of way. ]

I mean, I'd have to have something going for me, with how I'm lacking everywhere else. Aside from good looks.

But it doesn't make sense!

[ She can't convey exactly what. Drawing those answers out from him...would require things she's unsure her brother would be happy with, too. ]

Are you sure that it's just that? [An anomaly, that his blood that night...it had a feeling like that of her own family. Not Kuran blood. But it was similar.]

I-

[ How didn't it make sense? He didn't know why she insisted such. ]

Sometimes vampires are just weak, you know? All I know is what I was told. I'm the leftover of some stupid noble family that went too far, and the hunters put down. Maybe something that night made me weak, but I can't tell you why you think that my blood being too good is suspicious.

[Moving forward, she takes a seat beside him.]

That kind of talk is too sad. [A left-over. No one here would think of him as such.]

How old were you...when you were adopted, senpai? What are your earliest memories?

It's not. That's just how it is.

[ Man... This is not what he wanted to talk about. But with how she's ready to sit down, he moves his legs to actually make the room. ]

They didn't really adopt me- That means adding me to some records. It's more like legal custody. Like I said, I was a baby back then. Do you even know what your earliest memories are?

Well, no. My earliest memories are probably around when I was three, maybe? [There's nothing before that. Still, something seems off about the whole situation. She watches him curiously.]

I just think... there's more to you than meets the eye. When you were injured, I got a feeling...like that of brother, mother, father, Yona-chan, and others like them.

And even then, it's really hazy and you're not sure what that memory is. Right?

[ How was he supposed to remember, then? ]

I'm not like any of you. Sure, I smell really good, but if the Rens didn't already know that I came from a noble house, there's no reason why anyone think I was more than a normal vampire. It's probably just messing with you.

[ Except there's no way to trace back this whole incident, especially as Judar didn't know his family's name. And Kaname would also agree with what Yuuki sensed. ]

Unless you don't believe me and want to prove it.

It's not that I think you're lying.

[Not intentionally. A splash of color spreads through her cheeks again and she glances away.]

I mean. There are...ways to figure things out. I don't think you are lying to me. That isn't the kind of thing I sense from you right now. I just think you...don't know your past, right? It could very well be you that is confused, senpai. I realize I don't have a lot of exposure to other people until now, but- the blood I smelt the other night... it isn't that of an ordinary aristocrat, either.

I can tell. There's more to you than meets the eye.

I know enough about it.

[ Which he pretty much already shared. Didn't seem like much, now did it? ]

I'm sure... It's as I said. Ordinary aristocrats would have those specialized powers and everything. I just have good blood.

[ He sure does seem to be stuck on that, doesn't he? Even though, as he was listening, the red and that constant presence of bloodlust that he seemed to have, shifted to just a tick stronger than usual. ]

Look, no telling other people about this. I've got a cool image to maintain and I'd like to get laid pretty often while here, even if I get stopped from feeding.

[The shift is noticeable. Whatever he is... whatever makes him different is perhaps best to be to leave alone for the moment. Her intention isn't to upset him, after all. For now, she'll move on.

. . . And what he says is enough of a distraction on it's own.]

M-Maybe rather than that kind of thing, focusing on academics or sports would be better. Or music. . .

[ HE JUST WANTS SEX? ]

I mean, there's lots to do here, right?

[ It certainly comes across that way, doesn't it? That he was getting upset- though there was no other shift in his expression aside from that. ]

Sports is impossible.

[ He's slow and weak. Flexible, for sure, and with amazing muscle control, but it didn't do much for sports. Also, yes. Sex is great, and easy. ]

I'll figure it out eventually... Why do you keep going back to music? I'm not making the club.

It's the only thing I know how to do.

[ . . . She admits it, slumping forward a little. ]

I-I mean, I'm good at comparing various parfait and great at eating and sleeping but, I'm not sure what else I might be good at.

[ DON'T TELL ANYONE JUDAR ]

I was raised in isolation so I don't really have practice with much else.

[ Well. Now they've both been brought down and feeling awkward. ]

Not even art or dancing? Huh. It sounds like the princess has a lot to catch up on.

I can dance a little.

[Her brother taught her when she was little. Although back in she had stood on his toes to learn the movements.]

Everyone helped teach me before my introduction to society. So I can do the waltz and the like. As for art, though... I guess none of us have drunk the blood of a true artist yet!

[Because her brother isn't much of an artist, either. . .]

They really set you up for a rough time with society, didn't they?

[ The waltz, cello, and... Nothing else? He's gone from feeling awkward to having a touch of pity towards the girl. ]

Well, whether or not you start it or not, you're going to have to find enough people that end up wanting to be part of that kind of club. Then get one of them to start it.
